Led by industry experts with a decade of international experience across architecture, construction, and real estate
Born in Scotland, Innes Fraser began his journey in the built-environment sector by studying Architectural Technology in Glasgow, developing a strong technical foundation in design, construction detailing, and project delivery.
Seeking broader opportunities, he moved to Australia, where he entered the construction industry working directly for an independent contractor involved in the rapid expansion of Melbourne's outer suburbs. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of large-scale residential development, client management, and the realities of building from the ground up.
It was during this period Innes was first exposure to the builder-broker model: supporting families and investors in navigating the complex process of building their homes. This approach was built around on transparency, cost clarity and guiding clients through a fragmented construction landscape.
Several years later, Innes relocated to Dubai, where he immersed himself in the region's fast-paced real estate sector. Alongside his real estate experience, he also worked with a luxury, high-end contractor, gaining insight into the premium construction market and the challenges clients face when dealing with developers, architects and builders independently.
It was here in Dubai that Innes recognised a clear gap in the market: buyers needed a trusted advisor who understood both real estate and construction - someone who could help them compare off-plan, new builds, and renovation opportunities with unbiased, professional insight.

Linda Muldoon began her real estate journey in 2004, transitioning from a successful management career in the UK to Dubai’s dynamic property market. Over two decades, she has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their property goals. As Founder and Managing Director of The Urban Nest, Linda leads a boutique team of expert brokers specializing in Dubai’s villa communities, known for their deep local knowledge and community-driven service.
With a clear vision for a more ethical, people-focused approach to real estate, Linda founded The Urban Nest, a boutique agency that reflects her values. Today, The Urban Nest is recognized not only for its market expertise but for its warmth, authenticity, and deep community ties.
Under her leadership, the agency has achieved remarkable milestones, including the Best Boutique Agency award from Bayut in 2022 and 2023, and a 3rd place win from Property Finder in 2018.
